How long for samples and bulk orders?
Samples about 7–10 working days; bulk orders usually 25–35 days depending on season and configuration.
What warranty and after-sales support is offered?
Luminaire warranty per contract; guidance and replacement support for batteries, controllers and key parts.
Which export and tender documents can you provide?
Spec sheets, BOM, IES files, test reports, installation drawings and English quotations on request.
Do you support OEM / ODM?
