Photometric lab + burn-in validation

During development we verify flux, CCT and beam patterns on goniophotometer/integrating sphere and simulate charge/discharge cycles on burn-in racks. Typical autonomy profiles are regression-tested before release to reduce field tuning and under-run risk.

Solar street lights mechanical design and CAD modeling

Mechanical design and prototype validation

Mechanical engineers complete housing, battery compartment and bracket design in CAD, then validate mounting interfaces, thermal paths and IP65 sealing on prototypes. Approved changes sync to datasheets and engineering documentation.
